Collegiate Band
The Collegiate Band (MUP 343-L) meets in the spring semester each year as the campus-wide concert band. The Collegiate Band carries on the tradition of school spirit as the first band at NAU. This ensemble continues to provide a fun and educational musical experience for interested wind and percussion performers. No audition is required for Collegiate Band and all are welcome.
The Spring 2007 ensemble's conductor are, Mr. Justin Cook, Mr. Joshua Hartgrove, & Mr. Richard Viglucci. Repertory chosen is always exciting, energetic, and stylistically diversive with an emphasis on individual and musical growth.
- The Collegiate Band meets every Tuesdays from 7:00pm till 9:00pm in room 146 at Performing & Fine Arts (building 37a).
- The NAU Collegiate Band will be presenting 2 concerts for the 2007-2008 season:
- February 25, 2008, at Coconino High School Auditorium.
- April 29, 2008, Ardrey Auditorium, 7:30pm.
